- Discharge of Condition Applications – when a planning application is approved it is often a ‘conditional approval’, with certain conditions attached which require further information to be submitted post determination.
- Certificate of Lawfulness (Existing and Proposed) – where a use, operation or activity has been undertaken or is proposed to be undertaken and a judgement needs to be made on whether it is lawful.
